when will i receive the advent calendar?

We send the calendars using Royal Mail 48 hour as standard. You can pay more for us to ship 24 hour in the UK. We typically dispatch a day (or two if we have a lot of orders to get out) and so typically your order will be received in 2-3 days. We try to send shipments out as quickly as possible.

In Europe shipping takes 5-7 days as standard or we can send express at an additional cost.

The price of the box varies depending on which subscription option you choose - the longer you subscribe for, the better the value

All of our subscription options work on a rolling basis and renew at the end of the subscription period unless you tell us you want to pause / cancel

You can cancel at any time, so you are only ever committed to the period that you initially sign up for

Can I choose what goes into my box (I’m fussy / have allergies)?

Don’t you trust us?! Put your faith in us that we will only include products that you're going to use & enjoy, and we won’t let you down!

With that said, please let us know if you have any allergies and we will do our best to make sure that we substitute items where possible!

I live outside of the UK - can I still subscribe?

Not yet, but trust us, we’re working on it

No, but if you think you won’t be at home to take delivery, let us know of a safe place in the order notes section of My Account

If you aren’t at home and don’t specify a safe place, then you can arrange for collection or re-delivery

Can I change where my box is delivered?

Of course, just be sure to update the delivery details in My Account before we send out your box

When will I receive my box?

Subscribe before the middle of the month & you will receive your box within approx. 1 week, e.g. subscribe by 15th to receive by 22nd

Subscribe between the middle & end of the month & you will receive your box within approx. 1 week, e.g. subscribe between 16th & 30th to receive by 6th

We will email you all of the details of when to expect your box when you subscribe

Will the box fit through my letter box?

Fortunately for you, no (because it’s crammed full of products); unfortunately for us because it makes postage more expensive…)

I’m not completely happy with my purchase?

In the unlikely event that you aren’t happy with your Boostbox, give us a shout at help@getboostbox.co.uk and we’ll do our best to fix the problem

What payment methods do you accept?

Blood, sweat & tears (or more conventionally: credit / debit card (via Stripe or PayPal), ApplePay & PayPal)

Can I change my payment date?

Sure, just go to the payment section in My Account

When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your first box upon completing your first order, and thereafter on the same date each month, e.g. buy your first box on the 29th October and you’ll be charged again on the 29th November

For longer subscriptions, prepayment makes the overall monthly cost cheaper

What happens if the payment is declined?

We will leave it a couple of days and try to take payment again

If that fails, we’ll get in touch with you before trying again to make sure everything is ok
